Responsibilities:
1\. Operational Management: Oversee the day\-to\-day operations of multiple tinting and detailing shop branches, ensuring adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures
2\. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate indoor Sales and other staff to maintain a high performing team focused on delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets
3\. Sales and Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, increase market share, and expand customer base across all branches. Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions as needed
4\. Financial Management: Set and achieve sales targets, manage budgets, control expenses, and optimize profitability for each branch. Analyze financial reports and make data\-driven decisions to improve performance
5\. Customer Experience: Ensure a consistent and superior customer experience across all branches by maintaining high service standards, handling customer inquiries or escalations, and implementing effective feedback mechanisms
6\. Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Oversee inventory levels, procurement and in supply chain logistics across branches to ensure adequate stock availability and cost\-efficiency
7\. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies at all branch locations
8\. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales, expenses, operational metrics, and market trends for senior management review. Utilize data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
9\. Collaborative Refationships: Foster positive relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities and support the overall growth strategy
10\. Expansion and New Initiatives: Identify opportunities for new branch openings, partnerships, or service offerings. Collaborate with the leadership team to execute expansion pions effectively
