• **Job Description**

    We are looking for a dedicated and detail\-oriented HR Executive to manage the end\-to\-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring a seamless hiring experience while supporting overall HR operations.

    **Key Responsibilities:**

    • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding new hires.
    • Source and attract candidates through various channels, job platforms, and recruitment agencies.
    • Oversee and coordinate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees, conduct orientation programs and introduce new hires to company policies and culture.
    • Prepare and generate weekly recruitment reports, hiring status updates, and other relevant HR reports as required.
    • Manage employee benefits, leave records, and other HR administrative tasks.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
    • Assist the HR \& Admin Manager (HRAM) with day\-to\-day HR and administrative tasks as needed.

    **Requirements:**

    • Minimum of 2 years of solid experience in the full cycle of recruitment.
    • Prior experience working in a recruitment agency is an added advantage.
    • Strong knowledge of HR processes,and labor laws.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; must be a people person.
    • High integrity in handling confidential information and HR matters with tact and professionalism.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced environment and meet hiring goals within tight deadlines.
    • Fluent in English and Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking) as the role requires liaising with Mandarin\-speaking counterparts.

    Job Type: Full\-time

    Pay: RM3,500\.00 \- RM5,000\.00 per month
