\- Responsible to carry out the appropriate marketing and sales strategy for new market development,achieve sales target and to identify sales viability for new products development and marketing.
\- To build and lead a team of sales executives section for the long term market development \& penetration.
\- To guide, coach, monitor \& motivate the Team members to achieve the following objectives:\-
o Achievement of monthly Sales target.
o Optimization of profit margin.
o Timely collection of outstanding receivables.
o Timely disposal of aging inventory.
\- To be sensitive on market information and promptly feedback to management with recommendation of immediate actions.
\- To cultivate the spirit of entrepreneurship \& proactive in identifying opportunities and recommend actions to the management.
\- Responsible for total inventory control with minimize of slow moving finish goods, WIP and mother coils.
\- To propose \& execute monthly’s sales forecast, yearly sales budget and MBO.
\- To embrace the spirit of entrepreneurship and be proactive in identifying opportunities and recommend actions to the management.
\- To submit sales report and when required.
