Bachelor’s degree or higher, with expertise in green data center industry standards, TIA\-942, and Uptime Tier criteria.
8\+ years of HVAC design management experience, including large\-scale system planning and construction design.
Strong knowledge of HVAC principles, load calculations, and key equipment (chillers, cooling towers, pumps, air conditioning terminals).
Experience in liquid cooling systems, including 10\+ MW projects.
Proven experience in developing design standards, managing teams, and contributing to industry standards.
Experience in domestic data centers and large\-scale projects preferred.
Passionate about the data center industry with excellent coordination skills and the ability to work in international teams. Proactive and thrives under pressure.
