We are seeking a customer\-focused and detail\-oriented Contact Centre Specialist to support banking clients in the Malaysia market. The role involves handling **inbound and outbound calls** relating to **credit card applications, balance transfers**, and related banking services. You will play a key role in guiding customers through the application process, answering product\-related queries, and ensuring a seamless and compliant customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Handle incoming and outgoing calls regarding **credit card applications** and **credit card balance transfers**.
Assist customers in completing their applications, including verifying documents and checking eligibility.
Provide accurate product information, including features, benefits, terms, and conditions.
Promote and upsell suitable banking products or campaigns, in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Perform verification checks and preliminary screening for credit card sign\-up and balance transfer requests.
Follow up with customers for incomplete applications or required documentation.
**Job Requirements:**
Fresh graduate are welcome if they have prior experience (internship/part time experience in customer service/promoter – preferably Mandarin speakers for fresh grad)
Knowledge of banking products, especially credit cards and balance transfer offerings.
Customer\-centric, with strong problem\-solving skills and the ability to handle objections tactfully.
24/7 shift basis role, working hours is 9 hours, total have Morning Shift, Afternoon \& Night Rotational, off day is not fixed \- rotational 2 days in a week off
