At least 3 years of hands\-on working experiences in plantation operations/ related field is required for this position.
Proven experience on supervision of field operation is preferred.
Knowledge in oil palm, orchard and nursery maintenance.
Physically fit and able to conduct outdoor work.
Good command of spoken \& written in English \& Bahasa Malaysia.
Thrives in working in a team and able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
Willing to be transferred to other estates when required.
Possess a valid motorcycle license.
Job Desription
Supervise and directs the day\-to\-day field operation of the estates.
Active daily supervising of a group of general workers (mandore) under the area of his responsibility.
Inspects, maintains, and keeps such records (daily \& monthly) as required by management relevant to his area of responsibility and ensures that all work is performed according to instructions.
Carry out data collection such as bunch data, physical observation etc.
Planning and implementation of work schedules and program.
To control and monitor quality of works done.
To review daily work progress reports for compilation of monthly report.
Prepare monthly payroll or provide final figures for computing payroll and assist in payment of advances and wages for workers.
Assists in planning and estimating cost of operations and submits periodic progress report as may be required.
Responsible to assist manager in field operation include harvesting, sprayer, manuring, FFB collection/ transport and external transport FFB to mill.
Responsibilities on MSPO \& OSHA implementation to workers.
Maintains standard form, document and records and submits report as required.
To perform related duties as assigned by superior and/or management as and when required.
