**Key Responsibilities**
Campaign and Project coordination:
- Create Home Tester Club assets including campaign flyers, surveys, and digital communications while maintaining design standards and best practice.
- Set up campaigns on the back end, coding surveys and building promotions on our internal system.
- Oversee communications with external suppliers and clients, ensuring necessary updates are received and given during key campaign milestones.
- Display confidence with written communication to clients and internal teams, providing timely and accurate campaign/project updates and developing rapport.
- Demonstrate initiative by asking questions, identifying challenges and solutions, and assisting the team as needed.
- Manage time around workload and prioritize tasks to ensure campaign timelines are met and community management tasks are completed on an ongoing basis.
Community Management:
- Read and respond to messages from members daily, escalating any significant concerns to relevant teammates.
- Coordinate and manage execution of the monthly Top Contributor program, ensuring results are shared internally.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to select new products to feature on the website monthly, while maintaining a diverse range of products across categories.
- Create the monthly newsletter, adding value and generating engagement through the Home Tester Club voice.
- Manage social channels by creating and posting content weekly and interacting with members through comments, likes and responding to member messages in a timely manner.
- Run contests to engage Home Tester Club members and encourage community participation.

**Qualifications and Experience Wishlist**
- **Fully fluent in Tagalog and English**
- 1 year of relevant graduate level working experience.
- Post\-Secondary education in writing, marketing/advertising, communications, or related field is desirable.
- Critical thinking skills and solution\-oriented mindset.
- Strong attention to detail, customer service, planning, initiative, and adaptability.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to report on daily activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Initiative, drive, common sense, creative flair, and flexibility essential.
- Must have the legal right to work in Malaysia to be considered for the job.
**And the nice to haves:**
- Experience in research and/or word of mouth marketing.
- Experience in project or campaign management.
- Tech\-savvy with a good knowledge of online websites and applications.
