**\* Job Responsibilities:**

• Conceptualize and create engaging visual content across digital and print platforms.
  
• Strong attention to detail in designing, editing and focusing on the in\-visual copy.
  
• Develop motion graphics and animations using **Adobe After Effects**.
  
• Design marketing materials, social media content, branding assets, and more using **Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools**.
  
• Collaborate as a team player with the creative and marketing teams and clients to deliver strong, impactful visual campaigns.
  
• Translate ideas into visual stories that connect with audiences, especially in the **automotive sector**, **healthcare and fintech**
  
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations.
  
• Take creative direction well but also contribute original ideas and innovative approaches.
  
• **Work efficiently under tight deadlines**, ensuring all projects are delivered on time without compromising on quality.
  
• **Maintain clean, organized, and high\-quality deliverables** that meet brand and creative standards.
  
• **Be responsive and proactive** in communication and project updates.
  

**\* Key Requirements:**

• Proven experience as a Creative Designer, Motion Graphic Designer, or similar role.
  
• Strong portfolio showcasing work in ideation in **graphic design, motion graphics, and animation**.
  
• Proficient in:
  
• **Adobe After Effects**
  
• **Adobe Photoshop**
  
• **Adobe Illustrator**
  
• **AI\-related software and designs**
  
• (Bonus: Premiere Pro, Lightroom, InDesign)
  
• Any other related software designing programmes
  
• Editing of static visuals/photos/ videos (reels and corporate videos)
  
• Solid understanding of design principles: typography, layout, color theory, and branding.
  
• **Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced environment**, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• **Highly responsive, detail\-oriented, and committed to meeting deadlines**.
  
• Creative thinker with a proactive attitude — always striving to push the creative envelope.
  
• Passion for design related to **automotive themes** is a **huge plus**!
  

**\* Bonus Skills:**

• Video editing experience.
  
• Experience with 3D softwares
  
• Editing, and having Photography or videography skills.
  
• Knowledge of digital marketing basics.
