• **Job Descriptions:**

    • Plan, coordinate and implement the marketing activities and events/campaigns/road show with media for the company\`s current or new launch properties.
    • Develop and manage marketing expenses according to marketing calendar.
    • Preparing of market survey, competitor analysis, marketing activities post mortem, etc.
    • Liaise with internal/external advertising agencies to develop the appropriate marketing collaterals including online and offline.
    • Liaise \& process sales verification with appointed agents, purchasers \& respective departments.
    • Assist in customers’ enquiries and giving sales support.
    • Ensure smooth operation of sales gallery \& sales office.
    • Perform any other duties \& responsibility which the company may assign from time to time

    **Job Requirements:**

    • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Property Development/Real Estate Management/Business Administration or equivalent.
    • 2\-3 years working experience in the related field is a beneficial.
    • An excellent team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Good in time management with good follow\-up skills.

    Job Type: Permanent

    Pay: RM2,800\.00 \- RM4,000\.00 per month
