**Responsibilities:**
Perform **in\-line and final product quality inspections** to ensure compliance with product specifications.
Develop, implement, and maintain **quality control procedures and standards**.
Monitor **production processes (SMT, PCBA, assembly)** for defects or deviations and propose corrective actions.
Work closely with **engineering and production teams** to resolve quality issues in real\-time.
Lead **root cause analysis (RCA)** and implement **corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)**.
Handle **non\-conformance reports (NCRs)** and drive resolution and follow\-up.
Conduct **supplier quality assessments** and incoming material inspections.
Prepare and maintain **quality reports, documentation, and audit records**.
Support **internal and external audits** (e.g., ISO 9001, customer audits).
Participate in **new product introduction (NPI)** to ensure quality from development to mass production.
**Requirements:**
Degree/Diploma in **Quality, Electronics, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering**.
2\+ years' experience in a **QA/QC role** within **electronics/SMT/PCBA manufacturing**.
