• **Responsibilities:**

    • Providing 1st tier remote technical support
    • Provide technical Onsite Support to Customers
    • Install products on\-site at customers, including testing, tune\-up, and final configuration
    • Training customers on\-site and ensure knowledge and product competence
    • Perform Service Visits including Troubleshooting, Repair, Upgrades and Preventive Maintenance
    • Advise customers in all technical and application related questions
    • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems and implement efficient solutions
    • Escalate to respective next level support when needed
    • Report Service activities and keep records in CRM/ERP\-system
    • Build and maintain relationships with customers
    • Support on Marketing event, workshop, webinar etc.
    • Assisting technical writers service and configuration documentation
    • Other projects as assigned

    **Qualifications and skills:**

    • Minimum Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
    • Ability to install, repair, service, test and troubleshoot equipment
    • Ability to read circuit diagrams and technical drawings
    • Advanced customer service, troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills
    • Ability to resolve complex issues in creative, efficient, and practical ways
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills, team player
    • Motivated, pro\-active, self\-driven, used to work independently in stressful situation without much supervision
    • Ability to work flexible hours around changing schedules and to effectively manage time
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Up to 50% travel required
    • Driving license

    Nice to have:

    • Experience in 3D printing or advanced manufacturing preferred
    • 3D Modeling skill in Solidworks, Magics or equivalent.
    • Experience with design for manufacturing and design for assembly
    • Customer Success focused
    • Able to organize and prioritize workload
    • Skill for post process on printing part.

    Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

    Pay: RM3,000\.00 \- RM4,000\.00 per month
