Senior Mechanic

**Job Descriptions:**

**1\. Vehicle Diagnosis \& Repair**

• Perform in\-depth troubleshooting and diagnostics using scan tools and manual methods.
  
• Repair or replace worn parts such as brake pads, wheel bearings, hydraulic systems, suspensions, and steering mechanisms.
  
• Overhaul engines, gearboxes, and transmission systems as required.
  

**2\. Workshop Leadership**

• Guide and supervise junior mechanics and apprentices during repair work.
  
• Delegate tasks based on workload, urgency, and team capability.
  
• Provide hands\-on training to improve team technical competencies.
  

**3\. Recordkeeping \& Reporting**

• Ensure all work orders, service reports, and part usage records are completed accurately.
  
• Report major faults, repeated failures, or safety concerns
  

**Qualifications and Requirements:**

**1\. Education:** Diploma or certification in Automotive or a related field.

**2\. Experience:** Minimum 5 years of experience as a mechanic

**3\. Skills:**

• Expertise in diagnosing and repairing
  
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
  
• Excellent problem solving and decision\-making skills
  
• Good communication and reporting skills
