• We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Customer Service Intern to join our team. This internship offers valuable hands\-on experience in customer support and service management. As a first point of contact, you will assist our team in providing exceptional service through phone interactions, managing inquiries, and supporting booking processes.

    **Key Responsibilities:**

    • Assist in answering incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
    • Support the handling of customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with patience and efficiency
    • Provide customers with information about products, services, or bookings as needed
    • Help schedule and manage customer appointments or service bookings
    • Assist in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
    • Collaborate with other departments to support customer satisfaction initiatives
    • Follow up with customers to ensure concerns are addressed and services are completed
