Perform regular inspections and maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Develop and follow a maintenance schedule for all equipment and machinery to prevent breakdowns.
Identify potential issues and address them before they result in production interruptions.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and electronic issues in machinery.
Repair or replace faulty components such as motors, sensors, wiring, and other machine parts.
Respond quickly to emergency repair requests to minimize equipment downtime.
Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment and machinery as needed.
