• **Key Responsibilities:**

    1\.Financial Transactions \& Record\-Keeping

    • Assist in processing invoices, payments, and receipts
    • Record financial transactions in accounting software
    • Maintain and update financial records
    • Assist in preparing financial reports and statements

    2\.Accounts Payable \& Receivable

    • Handle vendor payments and reconcile statements
    • Follow up on outstanding payments from clients
    • Assist in credit control and debt collection

    3\.Administrative Support

    • Organize and maintain financial documents and records
    • Assist with filing tax returns and other regulatory filings
    • Support senior accountants and finance managers with ad hoc tasks

    **Required Skills \& Qualifications:**

    • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
    • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL)
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
    • Strong organizational and time\-management skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools
    • Good communication and teamwork skills

    \*Saturday Half day
