**Key Responsibilities**
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce and promote our products/services.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
Handle customer inquiries, objections, and follow\-ups professionally.
Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
Continuously learn about products, services, and sales techniques.
**Requirements**
No prior experience needed as training will be provided.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Confidence and enthusiasm in speaking with customers.
A goal\-driven and self\-motivated mindset.
Ability to handle rejection and stay positive.
Good computer skills especially Microsoft Excel is required.
